who is your closest personality match

who is your closest personality match

Gandalf The Grey, Grey Pilgrim, Grey Wanderer, Gandalf Stormcrow, Gandalf Greyhame, Gandalf The White, Incánus, Lathspell, Mithrandir, Tharkûn, the Elf of the Wand, Servant of the Secret Fire, Weilder of the Flame of Arnor and Disturber of the Peace.

you were the last of the istari to arrive in middle earth, and supposedly the wisest. however, this could be held in contention. you really are rather slow on the uptake. how long did it take you to realise that bilbo's ring was in fact the one ring? 60 years? 70 years? and for that matter, why did you have to go all the way to gondor to research about it, couldn't you just have asked your buddy elrond, since he was there and apparently remembers all about it.

you are also a tad slow at noticing that saruman is not quite the same wizard that you thought he was. come now, take a good look at orthanc, does that or does that not, have 'bad guy stronghold' written all over it? and how many doors need to be closed in your face before you start to suspect that there may be something strange going on? however, once you've been imprisoned on the top of the tower for a while, it does finally dawn on you that saruman is in fact in league with sauron, and you have enough wit to piss off when he's not looking.

your favourite pastime seems to be stalking hobbits, an activity that you share with your best buddy aragorn. both of you appear to invest large amounts of your time wandering around on the outskirts of the shire. apparently neither you, nor aragorn, have anything better to do, since unlike some of your order, you are not plotting to take over middle earth, and he just doesn't have a life.

you are a complete control freak, and you get highly pissed off when people don't do what you say, therefore it's not surprising when you decide to appoint yourself as leader of the fellowship. however, you are not exactly the most reliable leader, considering your compulsion to suddenly dash off on other secret errands, or even better, falling to your apparent death and leaving the company in the hands of people even less reliable than you.

luckily for you though, you are not quite as dead as people thought you were, and eventually, after a quick bath and washing your clothes, you return to the world as gandalf the white. unfortunately your beard shrank in the wash, but one assumes that it will, in time, grow back.

in your second coming you also appear to have picked up the elvish skill of glowing for no apparent reason, much to the dismay and utter jealousy of legolas, who seems to be the only elf in middle earth without this ability. perhaps you should consider a change of profession, and with your trendy new white clothes, become the pin-up boy for napi-san.
